iPhone 4S is the latest iPhone launched by Apple on 7^th of Oct 2011. The phone is successor of iPhone 4 and has the same physical design as iPhone 4 but has significant changes on the inside. It runs on the A5 chip which is dual core and the processor is clocked at 1 GHz with a 512 MB Ram which makes it possible to run almost any app from the app store and also adds a new level of game play experience. The 3.5 inch display is made of scratch resistant glass with oleo phobic coating with a resolution of 640 x 960 pixels. The camera is upgraded from 5 Megapixels to 8 Megapixels with LED flash. It records high definition video at 1080p at 30 frames per second. The new software and the gyroscope stabilize the video while capturing. The size of the aperture has been increased to allow more light to pass and an added lens gives sharper color to the pictures.  Now it also has on phone picture editing features like cropping, red eye reduction and image auto enhancement.

The iPhone 4S comes with iOS 5 which is considered to be the most advanced mobile operating system. It has over 200 new and improved features like Notification center, iMessage, Reminders, Twitter Integration and a lot more. Notification Center is a one stop point for all your notifications. Now notifications are no longer a hindrance to any work or application that is running. Notifications come on top of the screen as a subtle message and disperse itself after a short while. You can access the notified app by clicking on the subtle message or pull down the notification center from the top and access it from there. Notification center works from and during any application by just a simple pull down menu gesture on top of the screen. iMessage allows text and picture communication between all iOS running devices over data network or Wi-Fi. Reminders allow you to add reminders and they’re also location specific. They remind you about a task upon arriving at a destination or while leaving from one.

The important and amazing feature of this phone is Siri. Siri is the Artificial Intelligence of this new iPhone and is voice activated. Siri not only recognizes the words you speak but also understands them and performs tasks for you. Siri is considered a break-through in mobile technology.
